Central University College has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board, Ministry of Education, Ghana . It is affiliated to the University of Cape Coast in Ghana .

The University is also an affiliate of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities ( CCCUA ), USA .

The School of Theology and Missions is a member of the West Africa Association of Theological Institutions ( WAATI ).

In addition, CUC is a ‘Corporate member of the Ghana Institute of Management.
